Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket by adding to list. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa and MasterCard Switch. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Delivery cost, on Back orders are generally down to Sea-Screw.

Delivery Schedule
Orders received before 12 noon we endeavour to dispatch to same Working Days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will put the item on back order for you. If we know a back orders may take longer than 10 Working Days you will be advised, and you have the option to cancel your back order, if you would rather not wait. Back orders delivery cost are paid by Sea-Screw this applies to Mainland UK Only. Out side this area you will be advised.

Refund Policy
Within 30 Days of delivery items along with the invoice can be sent back to Sea-Screw through no fault of Sea-Screw or the item(s), This may incur a handling charge of 20% of the goods value or £2.00 whichever the greater + vat. The amended invoice will be sent back to you. All goods returned to Sea-Screw must be sent by some form of registered post for (POD) proof of delivery.
