A2 304 Stainless Steel
A good resistance to corrosion, Except in severe industrial & marine conditions this specification has resistance up to 850°C & its ability to resist organic acids is satisfactory chlorides & is non-magnetic except when heavily cold worked. Uses: Outside work & Inside Boats (Not Recommended on decks)
A4, 316 Stainless Steel
This specification has a greater corrosion resistance than A2 304 S15 in certain environments, and is often used in Marine applications. The material is hardened during the cold working process. Non-magnetic except when heavily cold worked Uses: On Deck and any area where sea water or sea spray plays a part.
